- How do I book?
This website now allows online bookings, which means you can go to our contact us page, select the date of your event and the castle you require and we will get back to you to confirm your booking.
- How much space is needed for the equipment?
You will need to allow a minimum of 5 feet at the front and rear of castle and 2 feet either side. This is to allow access and the blower at rear.
Please ensure all garden items such as garden toys, swings, slides, dog mess, patio furniture, rubbish etc. are removed from the area where the castle is to be sited, also there should be no overhanging trees are bushes.
- How much does it cost to hire your inflatable equipment?
Please see the bouncy castle prices page for all prices, prices may vary depending on your choice of castle or slide or on distance to your venue, but any price changes will be made clear to you at the time of booking.
- What’s included in the price?
All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery, you may charged a small fee for deliveries to certain areas but this will be explained to you at the time of booking, so there are no hidden surprises! You will also receive a blower, extension cable, and safety crash mat, the price also includes set up, inflation and packing away on collection. Most of our Bouncy Castles come with sun / rain showers too!
- How long do I get the equipment for?
Prices quoted on our website are based on a party length of approximately five hours, and some customers like the castle for a little less time, but we obviously can’t pickup and drop off all of our bouncy castles at the same time, so we may need to drop off your bouncy castle an hour before the event starts and then pickup an hour after the event finishes, but this will be explained at time of booking and will not affect indoor hires.
- Do you hire overnight?
Under certain circumstances this can be arranged, but there will be a small charge for this, please contact us for more info.
- Do I have to pay a deposit?
No deposit is required.
- How do I pay?
You can pay cash or cheque on the day (on delivery)
- What if I need to cancel?
You can cancel at any time; all we ask is that you give us at least 48 hours notice, so that we can re-advertise the equipment as available for hire.
- What if it rains?
Unfortunately some of our equipment cannot be operated in wet or windy conditions due to safety reasons, please see our Southport Weather Guide. If you cancel your event due to bad weather you must let us know as soon as possible. Once the equipment has been setup we are unable to offer any discounts.
- My garden slopes a bit – will that be OK?
A slight slope is not a problem. Typically, we will place the entrance of the unit at the top of any slope. If the slope is more than a little, we may not be able to set up in that location. Your installer may request an alternate location so please have one in mind. The safety of the children is the most important consideration when selecting a set up area.
- How long does it take to set up/inflate/deflate/pack up the inflatable?
The bouncy castles take approximately 20 minutes to set up and 20 minutes to pack up. However this is only an estimate, times may vary depending on which castle you hire, for example an Adult Bouncy Castle takes longer to pack away than a Children’s Bouncy Castle, and a Bouncy Castle used outdoors takes longer to pack away than a Bouncy Castle used Indoors
- How much notice do I need to give for a booking?
You can book anytime however we get very busy over the summer period so please book as early as possible to avoid disappointment. We welcome last minute bookings.
- Can you put a bouncy castle on a concrete floor?
We prefer not to for safety reasons. If you have no alternative surface then please tell us this during booking so that are aware of the situation.
- Does it need electricity? How much does it use?
We will bring an extension cord with us, so you’ll need a standard house hold plug socket (240v) near the set up area. The blower runs continuously and uses approximately £0.18 of electricity per hour. Your hair dryer uses more than that! NOTE: All blowers and wiring are safety checked before delivery.
- What kind of access do you need when you deliver the castle?
The castles are wheeled in to position using a cart, so we will need a standard size path to get the castle in to your garden or venue. If you have a lot of steps or a tight entrance way, please let us know so that we can assess the access.
- How many children can fit in a bouncy castle?
Generally speaking, between 6 and 10 kids at one time. This really depends on the size of the children and the castle. Please note children’s castles should not be used by heavier adults but we do understand that 1 or 2 adults may need to go on the castle with small toddlers.There must be adult supervision at all times.
- Are your units safe? Will you teach me how to have a safe day of fun?
Yes, they are designed from the ground up with safety in mind. In addition, we review all safety rules with you prior to use. While no one can guarantee safety, we do everything we can to promote safe use of our products to ensure your day is filled with fun, not hospital visits.
- Am I allowed to hire this castle from you and then charge people to use the castle?
Yes you are, but you must bear in mind that you are in charge and must make sure that people who use the castle are safe, don’t overload the castle to try to make extra money.
- Are you fully insured
